High Rigidity A3003H18 Perforated Aluminum Honeycomb Core

General Instruction:

The aluminum honeycomb core is a new material made of a very thin aluminum foil having a continuous structure; without a screw or a welded structure, it does not generate concentrated stress, and thus can maintain excellent high rigidity. Aluminum honeycomb core materials are not limited in size and can be widely used.

The A3003H18 perforated honeycomb core is mainly used for honeycomb composite materials. According to the conventional method, since it is mixed with the two-component glue, heat and gas are generated when the glue is mixed and cured, and third-party factors such as pressure, temperature difference, ultraviolet rays, and the like are generated. The quality of the glue is important, and the performance and process cannot be ignored.

Advantages:

1). Standard products:
Expanded dimensions L ≤ 600mm and W ≤ 600mm, available in any thickness, any quantity, with a minimum thickness of 1.8mm.

2). Special products:
Other sizes are available, with honeycomb cores up to 1800mm in the W direction and up to 1200mm in the L direction.

3). Tolerance:
The thickness of the cutting bar is ±0.2mm

4). Surface
No special treatment, no oil, no burr (if the product color is black, it can be used for electrophoresis)

5). Quality
Each batch of products is in compliance with environmental protection requirements.

6). Package
The wooden box is packaged, and the unfolded blocks are separated by kraft paper or foam between each piece to prevent the cell from being deformed during transportation and the cell of the honeycomb is deformed or the aluminum foil is broken to affect the final use.
