Marble Stone Honeycomb Roof Panel at 1200 mm width and 1200 mm length with Customized Thickness is a stone honeycomb panel with a 1200 times 1200 mm size. The panel is especially for the roof use. With a good apperance and easy installation property, it is widely used for the building linkway roof cover. It is the most popular size for most of the projects are 1200mm times 1200 mm. As the panel weight is about 20 kg with which a regular man labor can easily handle but the size is large enough. For hanging one panel of this size, there will be four 600 * 600 mm2 sized panel hanged. It is a great saving of time and increases efficiency. Although the thickness can be customized, the weight and strength will not change too much. Many application field needing thicker panel can be realized.

The stone aluminum honeycomb panel generally uses a 3-5mm thickness stone veneer and 10-25mm thick aluminum honeycomb backing, which are to be bonded with a special adhesive. For the outdoor wall, it is recommended that the stone slide thickness be 4-5mm, aluminum honeycomb panel thickness not less than 25mm while for interior wall, stone thickness 3-4mm, aluminum honeycomb board thickness 15mm. For the ceiling, recommended thickness is 3-4mm and aluminum honeycomb panel thickness 15-20mm; for the floor, stone thickness 5-8mm, aluminum honeycomb panel thickness 10 -15mm.
